“In this way we are like the various parts of a human body.
Each part gets its meaning from the body as a whole, not the other way around…
let’s just go ahead and be what we were made to be, without enviously or pridefully
comparing ourselves with each other, or trying to be something we aren’t.
This is teamwork at its best, when each person plays a vital part of the whole, content with who they are—no more, no less. This describes a smoothly run company. We weren’t created to function alone. That’s why loners can hinder an organization. When we work as a team, without comparing ourselves to others or envying another’s position, we operate efficiently and everyone is fulfilled.
We’re here for each other and for the team to succeed. We can’t make it if we look out only for ourselves. We win when the team wins—and God is pleased.
