A prudent person foresees danger and takes precautions.
The simpleton goes blindly on and suffers the consequences.
There are a lot of areas of life I see this being applied in. In finance, one of the most critical things we can do is good forecasting. In my regular day-to-day life, fast-forward the behaviors of today, where are they going to take me? What happens if I change nothing? Will I be happy with the outcome?
We don’t have to be surprised and blindly walk into danger. We can look ahead. We can solve problems before they become problems.
