“Do not judge others, and you will not be judged. For you will be treated as you treat others. The standard you use in judging is the standard by which you will be judged.”
Many times, we create a standard to live by. Then we judge the people around us or compare ourselves to how we’re doing compared to the folks around us. Many times, this standard is something we, our friends, or our church invented.
This doesn’t mean we shouldn’t speak into each other’s lives; it just means we need to be careful not to force our standards on someone else.
